Are you being an equitable leader? Join us for a panel discussion on ways that leaders in the college admission space can prevent and address burnout in your staff. We will engage in role-plays modeling how to handle difficult but necessary conversations and will share experiences in efforts to retain staff.
Topics of discussion will include:
